EVSC is excited to begin a new partnership with VOYA/TASC and ETFCU for our 401(a), 403(b), and VEBA retirement accounts. This transition will not only allow for easier account accessibility and a reduction in fees but also makes ETFCU Financial Group our comprehensive investment provider with direct guidance and planning resources available.
Those with open accounts should have received pertinent information for each individual plan through US mail over the past few months.
For the 401(a) and 403(b), a separate mailer followed with a PIN code for you to access your accounts online or by phone following the transition period. No additional steps are needed from your end as a part of this roll-over. If you have lost or never received your PIN you can call VOYA to get access 1-800-584-6001. They will also help you at that number if you have separated from service and need to do a rollover or cash out.
The VEBA platform is also now live and you can log in and set up your VEBA account for reimbursement if you have retired or separated from service with EVSC. You will do so at
www.voya.com/hra click on Access Your Account which will jump you over to the TASC page where your account is held. You can now resume setup your banking information, recurring reimbursements, etc. If you need help you can contact TASC at 1-800-422-4661.
If you have additional questions regarding the transition there will be a recording of our retirement workshop held in July at ETFCU that can help you through the change. That presentation will be available on ETFCU's website as soon as it is available. Click the link below to see the additional information on the ETFCU site. They will house information such as claim forms, links to the sites and additional information.
