Any student or employee who tests positive for COVID should remain out of school for 5 days from the initial onset of symptoms. Please note this is NOT 5 days from the day of taking a COVID test. The student/ employee may return to school/work with symptom improvement following the 5 day period. As with any type of illness, the individual who tested positive for COVID must be fever free (less than 100.4) for 24 hours prior to their return.
