Community Schools use schools as hubs, and bring educators, families, and community partners together to offer a range of opportunities, supports, and services to children and youth as well as their families and communities. The Center is the place to contact to be a liaison between community, schools, families and students.
The CFSCP oversees:
- 21st Century Afterschool Programs
- Attendance
- Extended Day Centers
- Family Engagement/Community Schools
- Health and Wellness Services
- Mental Health Services
- Special Populations Social Worker
- Student Support Services
