Summer Sun Safety
During the summer months, outdoor activities are in full swing and the sun is shining bright. It's important to teach children that a healthy and safe summer starts with protecting their skin.  Remind children to apply sunscreen (SPF of atleast 30), wear protective clothing and sunglasses, and stay inside or in the shade during the sun's peak hours between 10am and 4pm, when possible.
